Raman Malhotra

Mr. Malhotra’s work is truly exceptional.
Absolutely delighted with the results.
Very kind, gentle and caring.
Made me feel at ease.
Listened to exactly what I wanted to achieve.
Mr. Malhotra is simply the best.
A skilled practitioner – I count my blessings to have selected Raman.
A wonderfully calm, confident manner.
My whole experience: fantastic!

I’m never only about the procedure, whether that’s a non invasive treatment or a surgery. For me, it’s about a duty of care, before, during and after the fact. My patients are on a journey and that demands the very highest levels of care and commitment from me. It’s what my patients deserve and I can’t practice any other way.

Raman Malhotra

I divide half my time to private practice and half to my NHS commitments. That roughly equates to a 50/50 split between cosmetic and corrective procedures. For me it’s the right balance. The balance I’m most comfortable with. And of course, each discipline informs the other.

Raman Malhotra

Mr. Malhotra is an international authority in the field of ophthalmic plastic, lacrimal and orbital surgery. He is much appreciated for his engaging teaching lectures and outstanding scientific publications.

THE WORDS THAT MATTER THE MOST…

These are the words that perhaps matter the most. Because they’re not our words. They’re those of our patients.

Raman Malhotra's work is truly exceptional. I look so refresh and still natural. I am so grateful. I also had a great experience with Raman's personal assistant Gill, who is delightful, very prompt and professional.

YOUR CONSULTATION

Your initial consultation is crucial to the success of any treatment.

It is your chance to explain and discuss your goals, fears and hopes, so it may help if you write down a list of ideas and questions in advance.

You may want to bring along a friend or family member for moral support or to ask additional questions.

It allows Mr Malhotra to review your medical history and lifestyle, photograph you (with your permission), assess your suitability for treatment and explain your options.

Finally, you can discuss possible procedures together so that you have a thorough understanding of what can be achieved and what risks there might be.

Unless you are seeing Mr Malhotra through the National Health Service, there is a fee for the initial consultation. It is not deducted from the cost of treatment, if you decide to go ahead.

After the consultation, Mr Malhotra will write to you summarising the consultation and giving a quotation for treatment or surgery. He may also provide additional information. Your GP will be informed — if the procedure is elective, Mr Malhotra will ask your written permission.

I have known Raman Malhotra for more than 20 years and have had the opportunity to observe his excellent surgical skills. We have collaborated on many occasions over the years (scientific publications, oculoplastic symposia, guest lectures and hands-on teaching at cadaveric dissection courses).

Raman is one of the few true innovators in oculoplastic surgery in the UK.

I regularly seek his opinion on challenging oculoplastic cases that I am dealing with. I have no hesitation recommending friends and family in the South East seeking oculoplastic advice and treatment to book to see Raman Malhotra.
